Saints Joachim & Anne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 200-bed residential health care facility overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on Coney Island. In addition to the scenic and beautiful atmosphere our residents enjoy daily, the personal care and warmth our experienced staff provides is second-to-none.
A multi-disciplinary team composed of board certified physicians, nurses, dieticians, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, and recreation specialists, coordinate a comprehensive and individual Plan of Care, to meet the needs of the resident’s medical, social, and emotional requirements.
A highly skilled registered and licensed practical nursing staff is on duty around the clock. Our staff is experienced and dedicated, using the most advanced techniques and equipment to date.
Therapeutic recreational activities, social programs and special events are planned with care and offered seven days a week. They include:
- Chapel with full time chaplain, regular mass
- BBQ’s in beautiful garden overlooking the ocean
- Arts & Crafts
- Bowling
- Daily movies
- Excursions to shopping, museums, concerts etc.
- Active Resident & Family council
