Saints Joachim & Anne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides Hospice/ Palliative care to those facing end of life issues. The foundation of this program is to comfort our patients with advanced illness. The specialized medical staff addresses all symptoms of a disease by controlling the residents’ pain and discomfort.
A full time Chaplain and qualified social worker provide residents spiritual and emotional support. Bereavement and counseling services are available to families of the resident.
Hospice/Palliative Care is offered 24 hours a day in a serene and tranquil setting within the Saints Joachim & Anne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
